Is Clarksville, Indiana haunted?
The film follows Blackiston Mill Road from its vanished 1853 mill and Fourth Dam Inn to the old cemeteries, seventeen unidentified burials uncovered during roadwork, Dead Man’s Hollow, and two unusual camera recordings.

- 1888An iron bridge was built beside the mill.
- Early 1900sThe mill site became a recreation landscape; the old building was remembered as the Fourth Dam Inn.
- May 1963The old bridge collapsed during repair work after flooding.
- 2017Road work beside Stewart-Emery Cemetery uncovered seventeen unidentified nineteenth-century burials.
- May 2022Clarksville rededicated the restored surviving portion of Hale-McBride Cemetery.
- 2025A failed low-head dam was removed and the repaired Blackiston Mill Road bridge reopened.

The indoor reaction
A cat reacts while a faint shape appears to cross the darkened room. The short duration, low light and compression limit what can be concluded from the clip alone.

The infrared change
A fast object crosses the outdoor frame immediately after the camera changes infrared mode. An insect, animal, reflection, headlight or video artifact remains a possible explanation.

How a careful ghost cam would work.
If the project moves forward, original timestamped files, two synchronized angles, weather and infrared notes, control objects, and a clear report log will matter more than a dramatic clip. The purpose is to test ordinary explanations and preserve whatever remains unresolved.
